Domestic Abuse Teen Support = D.A.T.S is a support programme for young people aged 12 years upwards who have experienced domestic abuse in their family. The D.A.T.S programme is an individual/group 10 week programme.

Domestic Abuse Teen Support = D.A.T.S.   

• give you an opportunity to speak about your experiences of living with domestic abuse in the family.
• give you an understanding of the dynamics of Domestic Abuse  & learn about the Power & Control in an abusive relationship
• gain understanding about what is a Health Relationship & UnHealthy Relationship
• provide you with a safety plan and ways to keep yourself safe
• help to build your confidence in yourself
