DESCRIPTION:Please Note: Participants must have completed Level 1 Training to attend this course \nTickets Are Non – Refundable (but transferable) \nThis is a 2- day training course running on the 24th & 25th of March 2026 \nBuilding on learning from the Level 1 course\, in this course\, participants will gain a deeper understanding of trauma\, coercive control and the impact of domestic abuse on children.  They will also learn about safety planning and how to respond appropriately to disclosures of domestic abuse. \nFollowing this training\, participants will have: \n\nA greater understanding of complex trauma and the impact this may have on someone experiencing domestic abuse/coercive control.\nLearned how to recognise and respond to disclosures of coercive control and domestic abuse.\nLearned about the impact of domestic abuse/coercive control on children.\nAn understanding how to offer support from a trauma informed perspective.\nThe knowledge on how to refer to appropriate support services.\n\nCourse will run from 10am to 4.30pm on both days. \nCertificates of Attendance are provided on completion of course.
